HI I'M GRACE MOORE
I’ve gone from starving myself on next-to-no calories per day, feeling completely restricted and performing endless cardio, to fuelling my body with plenty of food, lifting weights and training purely for happiness.
I’m now heavier than I’ve ever been, but also stronger, fitter, faster and healthier than I’ve ever been too. Training has transformed my mindset and dramatically improved my confidence.
I’m no longer chasing after other people’s goals or physiques, but am focusing on doing what makes me happy and what fuels me with passion.
I want to help other people experience the same amazing benefits I have by unlocking their potential and striving to be the best version of themselves.
What’s your health & fitness ethos?
- Fitness should be included into your lifestyle in a way that suits you.
- Fitness is not about restrictive eating and boring exercise.
- You should still be able to eat the foods you love and train in a way that fuels you with passion (whether that be for physique or performance).
- Mental health is just as important as physical health and fitness is about transforming your mindset.
How will your program help people?
My aim with strive is to change people’s lives. It won’t be a quick fix, but will give them the results they need (with whatever fitness goal that might be) and leave them with a transformed mindset.
I want Strive to help people understand that they can train in a way they love, that food is not the enemy (food is fuel) and that training is essential for improving your mindset and increasing your happiness/self worth.
Clients will be encouraged to ‘strive’ towards their goals, but will also understand that the journey is the most important part. I want my clients to enjoy the journey, and to enjoy it together as a community!
